Our Mission

Rooted in faith, we nurture graceful living.

Christian Community Homes and Services is a nonprofit, faith-based organization offering senior living communities dedicated to serving individuals in ways that reflect the importance of each unique life.

Christian Community Homes & Services (CCHS) was born out of the desire and need to have a nursing home remain in Hudson, WI. Launched by the Hudson United Methodist Church and supported by the Hudson community, what began as a skilled nursing community for seniors, has now turned into a full campus that includes both long-term and transitional care, along with, independent living in WinterGreen, assisted living at Pine Ridge, and a secure and safe memory care in Pine Ridge Gardens.

Skilled Nursing/Transitional Care

Assisted living is designed for seniors who need a little more day-to-day assistance than residents in independent living. These communities often have programs and team members in place who can provide support with everything from assistance with daily living and basic care to recreational activities and transportation.

Assisted Living/Memory Care

Alzheimer’s and dementia can be challenging for everyone involved, causing you to feel a range of emotions or ask yourself questions like: What’s going to happen to my loved one’s health? But the more you know what to expect and how to prepare, the more it can make the journey feel less daunting.

If you want to enjoy a lifestyle where you can pursue your passions without the hassle of things like household chores, you’re going to love independent living.
